There are three talks in this video:

1. In the 2017, when Bhaba Dighi (A fish farm at Goghat, Hooghly district of West Bengal India) was to be forcibly acquired by the government for installing railway track, many environmental activists protested. The (s)talker also participated in this environmental movement and had sent a brief video message (in Bangla) through the social media.

2. Again in 2018, State Government of West Bengal, had decided to build a Pumped Storage Hydroelectric Project at Thurga, (Purulia District, West Bengal, India) with a peculiar idea: water is to be pumped from a lower elevation to a higher elevation through thermal power and then it will be converted to Hydroelectric energy. The idea was taken from the previous ruling party’s Hydro Project at Ajodhya Hills (Purulia District, West Bengal, India). Environmentalist again protested against such atrocities against nature. The (s)talker also protested against the violence against the biodiversity of that locality.

3. The (s)talker lastly ridiculed these type of so-called “developmental” projects in a sarcastic way, when he was standing in front of Abbey Falls, Kodagu, in the Western Ghats of Karnataka, India, in 2018.
