Dear Mr. Piramal and the DSK Legal Team,
As we have found that many of our tweets related to our academic activities (having no connection with Mr. Piramal but concern the epistemological pursuit in the culture of critical discourse) are ridiculously banned. This proves that DSK legal has cut a sorry figure to find out the “defamatory” (?) posts and distinguish between epistemic works and responses of victims of the DHFL scam. So, we have prepared the following document for your kind perusal. Here, we have gathered together all the social media platforms as well as core academic platforms that we have utilized for diversified purposes that far transcend the particular case of the DHFL, though we have used the DHFL scam as our case-study on certain occasions in order to logically instantiate (in the philosophical connotation of Symbolic Logic) the question of crony and monopoly capitalism working within an autocratic political setup.
We hope that Mr. Piramal, as a paramavaiṣṇava, will mend his anti-people activities after viewing all these posts on different platforms. He has to file defamation cases against too many social media platforms for letting us post such “defamatory” (?) statements.
