Sub: Praying for ensuring Distributive Justice to the victims of the DHFL Scam
Dear Sir,
In connection with our earlier letter dated 11th August, 2021⤡, we have also put an online mass petition for suo moto cognizance⤡ with regard to the DHFL Scam.
This is to request you kindly to consider this appeal as well as the rejected NCLT first order (attached herewith) and the NCLAT recent order (attached herewith), which clearly show the loopholes of the whole narrative of DHFL Scam⤡. Especially the illegality of the DHFL CoC (kindly note that Standing Committee on Finance raps IBC over unsustainable haircuts, says 13,000 cases worth Rs 9 lakh crore pending VIEW HERE ⤡ As reported on August 03 2021, ©Moneycontrol), i.e., cat is out of the bag⤡ after we had smelled the rat ⤡ . The matter of legal conflict is now an open secret!
Furthermore, kindly note the following matters:
We are praying to you for considering these extra variables with alleged legal conflicts for making decisions on Ajay Piramal’s plea, which is to be heard at your apex court on the 5th of May, 2022, keeping in mind that Bankruptcy will not void personal guarantees: Supreme Court VIEW HERE ⤡(As reported on 25thMay, 2021©The Times of India). Many senior citizens, physically challenged persons and widows of war-martyrs of the Indian Air Force along with many middle class persons are suffering during the rainy days of the pandemic for the reason of such a big financial scam.
Yours Sincerely,
Dr. Debaprasad Bandyopadhyay
Mrs. Rupa Bandyopadhyay
Mr. Akhar Bandyopadhyay
