OBMA’s Web-Based Civil Disobedience Movement: An Open Letter to Mr. Ajay Piramal

Remembering the movie “Chorus” (1974):

This movie is about the crumbling of the bureaucratic apparatus as part of the controlling strata/mediator of the surveillance society in the context of the capitalist economy by the mass mobilization of workers, farmers and the youth.


Dear Mr. Ajay G. Piramal,

In reference to your second interim appeal to the Bombay High Court, accusing six persons for defaming you along with three web platforms, I hereby would like to help you, for your convenience, the links to the other websites, used by me to viralize the narrative of your “legal” (though NCLAT’s second verdict dated 27/01/2022 contradicts your claim) occupation/ownership/possession/acquisition of the Dewan Housing Finance Limited (DHFL) so that you can sue me, a slanderer, in a defamation case. In fact, your legal team, DSK Legal’s investigation and research are very poor. Therefore, I am forwarding all our web links for your kind perusal. It is also to be mentioned that fictitious and arbitrary Rs. 100cr compensation value for “damaging your reputation”, peculiarly enough, was vanished from the second interim appeal by your legal firm after my response to your first interim appeal. I am sorry to say that my “free will” has damaged your “good will”, Here I have faced an existential crisis: how can I match my concept of ‘freedom’ with a billionaire’s concept of ‘freedom’? You, as a paramavaiṣṇava, a great interpreter of the Gita, may ask this crucial question to your respected Guru, Sri Radhanath Swami ⤡ ⤡ and to Pūjya Bhāiśrī Ramesh Bhāi ⤡, the respected preceptor of Mr. Mukesh Ambani, your secondary kin.

In this context, I am bound to mention that Sri Satyapal Malik, the ex-governor of Kashmir and several other states of India, said that Mr. Ambani is not a “trustee” who donates for public welfare or amelioration of poverty. Instead, he likes to spend 300 crores in his daughter’s wedding!


We have put all the allegations against you and your business with careful reported speeches, which I have got from the print and web media. I have amalgamated all these news about you and your company after checking the facts and without any value-loaded statements.

Moreover, we have caused further damage to you when we had earlier requested Mr. Farhan Akhtar to step down from the role of Brand Ambassador at your company by listing your anti-people deeds, to which he complied. We are grateful to Mr. Javed Akhtar, Mrs. Shabana Azmi and Mr. Farhan Akhtar for refusing to be part of your allegedly deceptive business. However, Rahul Dravid, despite our request to not be a Brand Ambassador of Piramal Realty, he kept his mum like in the protesting wrestlers’ case.

If you can install your representative in different groups of DHFL victims on the Telegram, Whatsapp, Facebook, Mouthshut, Youtube etc., you may see that not only these six persons, but many more victims are using abusive words against you and your business and they are cursing you and your family in the name of the God as they have suffered huge haircuts for the reason of your occupation of the DHFL by dint of one rupee. Hence, there are many persons who would be stamped as “defamators” or defendants. However, as I have promised earlier, I alone will bear the cross of all these ailing DHFL victims.

We have learnt from the method of the BJP IT Cell by which it is viralizing false information (fact-checkers like Alt.News⤡ often has found the truth-claims of the false news) , trolling non-BJP supporters by using a special software called Tek Fog⤡. They are also using a shield to save themselves from web-banning, which is totally impossible in the age of VPN etc. Thus, it is very difficult to find the locus (BSE) of the so-called “defamators” or “cyber-attackers”. We are thankful to the BJP for teaching us the strategy of web-based propaganda.

I, on behalf of the Once in a Blue Moon Academia (OBMA), have used the following websites for publicizing the pros and cons of the “hostile” takeover of the DHFL by Piramal Capital and Housing Finance aka Piramal Finance. Therefore, the number of defendants must be increased by including following web platforms:
