A CASE STUDY OF THE DHFL SCAM
· Competing capitalists: HDFC, Reliance Nippon vs Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited (DHFL)
· Mr. Ajay Piramal⤡, relative of politically favoured tycoon Mr. Mukesh Ambani, has got the ownership of DHFL (?) by committing the contempt of court, viz., ignoring NCLT First order and NCLAT Second Order⤡.
· Mr. Piramal’s guru is Radhanath Swamy (ISKCON?)⤡ ⤡. Mrs. Swati Piramal (wife of Mr. Piramal) is intimately attached to Sadhguru⤡.
· It is alleged that the ruling party has taken astronomical “donations” via international terrorists, viz., Dawood Ibrahim and late Iqbal Mirchi through the channel of RKW Developers (Dheeraj Realty) and DHFL ⤡ ⤡.
· Banksters are happy to waive or write off the loans of superrich wilful corporate defaulters⤡!
Conclusion: Autocracy is reigning. Article 32 guaranteed by the Constitution of India is completely at stake. The reign of autocracy also evidently violates the Right to Life and Liberty (Article 21).
