“Depoliticization” of the DHFL Scam (?!) or a politically appropriated matter of fact (?

We have found that majority of the stakeholders of the Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited (DHFL) has debarred themselves from the “political interpretation” of the whole financial scam and involvement of the particular political party in this regard. It nothing more than a self-imposed censorship under plutocracy.

Depolitization of DHFL Scam: is it true?

The following points show why this so-called “apolitical” interpretation is wrong since the scam involves:

a) political donations (or terror-funding) via gangsters, viz., Dawood Ibrahim and Iqbal Mirchi;

b) involvement of a controversial superrich guru, viz., Sri Radhanath Swami, an alleged murderer;

c) Crony, fascist government headed by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)

along with

d) some wealthy religious institutes like ISKCON, Sri Ramakrishna Mission etc.

The present ruling party is distracting people from the real miseries, viz., unemployment, hunger, inflation, corruption, happiness— by foregrounding religious extremism. Thus, it has become a theocratic state with a stark genocidal attitude.

WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MISERIES OF DHFL VICTIMS?

IDENTIFY YOUR OPPONENT!

BJP’S INCREASING ASSETS:

The Sangh Parivar includes the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Durga Vahini, Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), Bajrang Dal etc.

Increased Assets of the Sangh Parivar: how has BJP in particular got so much funding? No information available through RTI regarding electoral bonds or political charity! The RTI is not applicable for the political parties, PM Cares Fund and Electoral Bonds!

INDIA’S SHADOW ECONOMY:

BJP has got huge money from the DHFL via the international gangsters Dawood-Mirchi!

SUSPICIOUS CONDUCT OF THE RBI-APPOINTED CoC FOR DHFL:

RBI-Appointed CoC has handed over DHFL to Piramal, ignoring the first NCLT Order, as if it is “Pre-Determined”. It triggers contempt of court as well as transgressing the trajectory of chronological legal process.

The conduct of CoC on the basis of the IBC in general has been already questioned by the Standing Committee of the Parliament of India:

immediately after the Parliamentary Standing Committee’s report the the corporate affairs ministry is working with the finance ministry, RBI and the Indian Banks’ Association on the conduct of the committee of creditors (CoC) under the insolvency resolution process.

PIRAMAL’S IDENTITY:

Ajay Piramal, an alleged insider-trader, had got many business benefits from the BJP since he is a relative of a BJP-favoured business tycoon, Mukesh Ambani.

THE RELIGIOUS MAFIAS:

Piramal’s Guruji, Sri Radhanath Swami (an alleged murderer), is also instrumental in this decision-making process, though ISKCON has not uttered a single word about this scam.

Sri Ramakrishna Mission, also an FD holder of DHFL, is not saying anything against the decision of the RBI-appointed CoC; however, all the Catholic and Jesuit Institutes, being FD holders of DHFL, are fighting against this type of injustice.

THE GREAT EXAMPLE OF CRONY CAPITALISM:

In this way, Ajay Piramal has forcibly acquired a profitable ongoing concern at a throwaway price by totally depriving its stakeholders. Without political favouritism, it is not possible in a democratic country having a rule of law.

RELIGIOUS AND MARKET FUNDAMENTALISM:

Thus, as a whole, religious fundamentalism is used to hide the fact of filthy market fundamentalism, i.e., Piramal is a bhakt “Vaisnava” (?), “follower” (?) of the Ramakrishna-Vivekananda tradition and his favourite book is the Srimad Bhagavad Gita. What a sheer hypocrisy!

CONCLUDING QUESTIONS:

After going through all these facts, do you want to “depoliticize” the DHFL scam? Cannot you identify your real enemy? How do you want to resist the terror-funded, theocratic as well as autocratic anti-people Government?
